謝謝資雲師妹通知,差點忘了星期六就要跑,全程天氣五告讚,恭喜鐸訓師弟和資雲師妹都大破PB,只有大溼兄最不成才,不過跑前就設定目標是跑養生無傷完賽的,當跑到高雄大學時,腳底有點抽痛感,就把速度放掉,開始走走跑跑混回終點,成績也不錯,不到420就跑完了耶。 賽前宣言: 跑完全身好好就是冠軍 賽後評分: 可以跑到左營管制軍區內,補給交管都不差,只是剛好被交管次數多了點。 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
