今天到寶二水庫吃甜甜圈,每個人要吃4顆,合計里程42.195公里。因為這場是普查馬受獎的場次,所以人特別的多。因為去年有自主練習跑過4圈,所以知道這並不好跑,上上下下肌群轉換不容易,偏偏又是在冬山河前一周,所以設定不要拚太累,完賽就好。
起跑後氣候有點悶熱,第二圈開始下大雨,遇到憲政,聊了一段路,第三圈遇到新竹瘋跑友,就一起拉低賽跑回終點,完成了第71馬,也領到了60馬獎座。這場補給算滿彭湃的,但是並沒有吃太多,實在可惜了一點。
