以新竹地區跑友為主的志工們,在這種天氣下服務已經很辛苦了,還非常主動、熱情的為跑道上的我們加油,真是謝謝各位。
昨天中午喝了一杯簡餐店咖啡後,居然會影響到幾乎整晚沒睡。我似乎對某些種類的咖啡會有明顯的後勁,幸好也平安完賽了,上上下下的賽道跑起來真是痛苦啊!
