排昨天半馬之乳酸,雖然昨天算保守配速,並沒有很喘,但畢竟是初半馬,還是要recovery run一下,一開始用近8分速來recovery, 後來還是不知覺變6分速,不過還好,有達到目標,本月初半馬已經順利完成,且達成破2,再來月底的初全馬只要不被關門就好了,玩耍間完成就好...
