昨天跑完田中馬,今天安排恢復跑。很輕鬆的速度,但是一起跑根本無法放鬆,幸好後續感覺逐漸恢復,慢慢享受這個排乳酸的過程。今天刻意多跑一些,除了抓感覺、排乳酸外,另一個目地就是鍛練自己的體力。這次田中馬了解到自己末段的體力不濟,是必需要去正視的問題,多跑一些,體力有了,下次跑馬才能輕鬆愉快!
