05:39太陽出來了! 心知今天應該是苦戰一場,沒辦法,是自己付錢跑的,用享受的心情去跑吧!
06:00準時鳴槍起步,排的很前,所以起步以4'40”/K跑了3K,感覺熱身了,改以5'15”/K前進,這馬是11K一圈跑四圈,頭兩圈都能保持5'15”/K的配速,第三圈艶陽太烈了,雙腿排了太多鹽,都沒力氣的,改以六至七分速慢跑,但求平安完賽,最後5K竟有走路或棄賽的念頭,立馬幻想有很多冰凍啤酒在終點等我,哈哈哈! 結果以4:23完成44K超馬,拿了分組第五名,又可以上凸台了! 賽事辦得非常好,水站有冰塊及冰水淋身,多樣水果,遺憾的是太陽太熱情了!
賽後評分: 第一屆算辦的不錯,水果多樣的,有四個補給站,有冰塊,有冰水淋身。跑四圈,不覺悶。
