會報這場全馬是為了一雙漂亮的New balance跑鞋,想讓她陪我跑一場馬拉松;但,今天的天氣一點也不好,一走到會場就開始下雨,這可怎麼跑?! 不過,有雨並不如想像中的糟,反而不需要防曬,PM2.5不會超標,不用擔心太熱很難跑,而且, 10K後全身溼,更不在乎雨一直下。慘的是20K後的腹絞痛(掙扎了好久,還是覺得不先去大解),以及34K後的心藏痛(應該是換氣不順造成的),胃痛(感覺有多餘氣體在腸胃間流竄),每次遇到這樣的情況就只能當步兵;賽前原設定5小時完賽,結果快1秒,趕在4:59:59回來。
第一次為了跑馬到一個陌生的地方住宿,發現民宿對跑者很友善,除了前晚只接待跑者、可晚一小時退房(跑後盥洗)外,老闆今天還配合我們早起準備早餐;我收拾好李要離去前,還招待熱湯,免得感冒,揪感心。
