從紀錄看起來.. 很明顯我還是30k後沒啥擋頭..
開始進入散步階段..
要怎麼樣可以讓自己的速度可以維持久一點...
看來LSD要更確實一點...
整體來說...
除了賽道是我每個禮拜都跑的地方無聊了點以外...
補給還不賴... 賽後吃海霸王辦桌也很有fu~
而且和不同不認識的跑友聊天也很有趣 :-)
