蝙蝠俠運動日記之 依全馬配速試跑
由於下次全馬目標設為3hr45min完賽,
因此,就代表必須全程控制在5:20/K均速,
不囉唆~説走就走,那麼就⋯
來試跑個30K吧 ^_^
Ps : 今天跑到景美與新店分岔路口,遇到一位MW的跑友大哥向我喊「俠大」,由於不到一秒即錯身而過,所以只來得及回了聲「你好」~
後來在回程時,超過同方向的一位女跑者之後,就聽到後方傳來一聲「俠哥」!咦?慢下脚步回頭一望,呵 原來是Emily , 簡單的聊了一會兒,也交換一些關於跑步的心得。
不期而遇,真的很巧呢 ^_^
