唉...今天又更晚回到高雄了,我真是快哭了....
這禮拜一直在看身體狀況評估什麼時候可以練質量課表,不過連續一週都只睡不到5小時,能跑的時間不是很早就是很晚,感覺身體反而比台北馬後還要疲憊,今天又這麼晚回來,身心理都不想衝了,只能繼續以ER補完里程。
