馬那邦山,又稱馬拉邦山,位於台灣苗栗縣泰安鄉與大湖鄉交界處,標高1406公尺,為台灣小百岳之一,也是當地原住民泰雅族的聖山。

自助超馬,
超馬,加送一座小百岳,馬那邦山。
47公里,總爬升1880M,越野路段約5km。
自己還假敖,走O繞路線,途中小小迷路,屁股還被蜜蜂針扎一下,最後還加碼2公里,變成49公里整。

身為胖子的我,真的很怕熱,
雖然颱風剛過,沒有陽光的荼毒,
卻也是感覺到一整個悶熱。
結果,遇到上坡就意志力渙散,只能健行模式完成。

馬那邦山,一等三角點,可惜登頂時剛好起大霧,不然展望一定很棒。
O繞路線,下山一整個暢快,越野好舒服。
