組(5h接力賽)早上跑
之前都跑6、8h,還好台北天氣涼爽沒有下雨適合跑步,整體都是維持6分速多保持後面肌耐力、結束時間107k多因過感應區有時間就多跑一圈時間到里程不算😂
12h總排取5位我是總6落選頭😩
