| 第十屆震吸飽,初百k寒雨不斷中進行
鎮西堡王者之路~無畏(我的初百k)
其實之前壓根沒想要跑這種...虐心煎熬的百k超馬,在跑友推坑之下,以能完賽為目標做準備就上了😆
賽前失眠老毛病,2點起床乾脆不睡了🤪
賽前預測無雨,竟然寒冷冰雨陪了2/3的時間😅
台灣屬一屬二高難度的100k超馬+寒冷雨勢天候,真是難上加難
在約13k小朱及志堅私補甜點及熱薑茶🍵,讓我有動力奮戰
但過宇老不久,低溫又沒穿雨衣的我,冷到全身發抖(有失溫的前兆🥶),好在第六補站錸德素珍姐給我雨衣禦寒😍及威廉哥的暖心私補🥚
🐢上泰崗40k折返點,遇錸德跑友,就與
@陳寶書共跑了大半路程,感謝他手機拍照,讓我留下難得回憶
50k處已花了7:17,心想要14小時半完賽真是拼
雨勢沒停過,直到回泰崗前才雨停,雲霧繚繞著壯麗山峰⛰️,但算算時間也所剩不多,只能硬著頭皮繼續奔跑,下坡8k,腿況👌可開6分速到秀巒,補給🍳後,步行12k連續上坡,走上坡心率竟破200(可以去開賽車惹🤣)
在約77k追上曾文哥,共跑了一段
沿路有蠻多私補的朋友守候著,真的揪甘心💓
上宇老山頭剩20k,大多下坡,開速度也沒問題,濃霧變暗開頭燈,私補了一個甜甜圈🍩(吃貨上身😘)
狀況不錯+精神力也佳,越跑越high就一路奔回終點,刷過幾十位跑友,還蠻爽滴😆
最終拼了老命14:11無傷完賽,真是老天保佑
