跑前只擔心天氣太熱,幸好周末就開始降溫,可惜代價就是飄雨,跑起來要小心些。
一部分路線是周末會跑的河濱段,一半以上和長榮馬一樣,所以跑起來比較放鬆。
只是前一晚沒睡好,就配5:20去跑。
