輕鬆跑完就好。
還沒跑就覺得肚子餓,每站補給都吃吃喝喝,要離開時還多拿一顆路上吃。但到了35K後肚子左小腹因為吃喝太多了,肚子很痛,只好放慢速度...補給站只改喝水,或是都不吃喝....最後還是慢慢跑回終點。和預計要配的6分速差不多,跑完不酸不痛,可以順利完賽就好了。
