鎮西堡賽前最後一次團練,路線為尖石鄉公所<>泰崗來回共80K,第一次跑這麼長的距離,真的很硬又很累,加上全程要自背水跟補給,負重跑起來也更加吃力了。
早上6點跟大師兄、國隆哥,跟著狼族一起從鄉公所起跑,一路到宇老的路上,真的有熱鬧,今天練跑的人真多,而且都是認識的熟面孔,路上第一個遇到的是于清姊跟第一次見面的玉米妹妹,也因為趕時間所以沒能多聊。
上到宇老後跟跑42K的跑友們拍個照,簡單補給後就往泰崗出發了,這時的路線為一路11K的下坡到秀巒,接著在爬8K的連續上坡,就到了今天的折返點泰崗,也是本次唯一一個大補給的地點,休息約40分鐘,也吃了本次最美味的補給泡麵。
補給後挺著6個月的大肚子,從泰崗一路下滑到秀巒,做個簡易補給休息後,接下來就是今天的重頭戲,最硬的連續爬坡11K,大魔王路線啊,跑到真想罵XXOO,到宇老後稍微休息後,就一路沒有停的跑回終點。
