繼11/7宜蘭國道馬拉松跑出419差勁的成績以後,昨日這場冬山河馬拉松又更上一層樓,跑出了420的「佳績」!兩場的共同點有:1)都是豔陽高照的好天氣2)全程幾乎無遮蔽3)過21公里後嚴重掉速4)25公里以後心志渙散想要棄賽,勉強跑走回終點。這兩場賽事嚴重打擊到我的信心,一直很納悶11/1艋舺可以跑出333的成績,怎麼這兩場差那麼多?而且我無傷無痛,平日訓練也沒偷懶,到底出了什麼問題?看來我要好好思考一下了⋯⋯
