很有勇氣的赤足上場(路況不明),前42K都還跑得在控制範圍內,但體力也下滑很多﹐下坡應很好跑,但右腳腳跟卻在最後6K左右被尖石頭扎的好痛,還好沒流血,只有黑青,但只能墊著腳尖走,最後的6K真是漫漫長路,走的辛苦無比。謝謝全利在我左腳又踩到異物,重心不穩時及時出現扶了我一把。完跑後只能掰咖走路,心想明天賽事是還能跑嗎?和跑友聊天時跑友要我棄賽,但我的個性自己很清楚,一定會去跑的,但必定會有失落感,反觀這也是一種訓練,為自己加油吧!腎上腺素會把痛幹掉的,哈哈哈~~
比賽時路況不明,沒練夠,赤足競速是很危險的。
賽前宣言: 今年變小超馬,有台南接駁車很方便,登山賞景趣。
