第一圈還可以一路跑上去, 下坡很陡
秘境3.5K很挑戰, 之後要開始跑第二圈真的就已經沒力了
第二圈開始, 緩坡也走很大了~
下次希望主辦單位可以改善一下:
賽後能沖水, 有水可以喝 賽後評分: 場地規劃不OK,
賽後沒地方沖水,
賽後會場竟然沒提供飲用水,
