Easy Ride
Yea~完成騎至三義的想法、也完成第一次騎100K。
今天因為沒先做好關於兩鐵的功課,只好硬著頭皮硬騎來回。艷陽高照、超級熱der,整趟下來 喝了彈珠汽水300cc、運動飲料1000cc、冬瓜鮮奶750cc、白開水1500cc。另外由於前晚睡眠不足,導致回程超級想睡,回家沖涼後馬上躺平。
