香港Allan Chan ![](https://s3-ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com/itraveltech-tokyo/Marathon/upload_photos/211758/2015/ori_552e6813333ae.jpg) 又食一隻馬,哈哈哈!本來是只給志工跑的馬拉松,後來開放給大眾參加,人少少地,全馬只有246人報名,原因是起步點不容易來,又沒有接駁車提供。 雖然人少少,辦得不錯,其中一個補給站有滷水牛展,又有現場煎香腸,補給站非常好,這賽道全是斜路,先來幾K上斜,折返後有十幾K的下坡,折返後這十幾K的上斜便是意志的考驗,跑得一點也不容易,最後只能以第19名回終點,用時4:17:47.51(沒晶片,人手計時也這麼準確!),哈哈哈! 又賺一張全馬証書。 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 98~120 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 120~135 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 135~139 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 139~148 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 148~152 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為152 點此去設定最大心率 |
