原本想當做兩週後 12h賽的配速練習
但配速完全就是亂七八糟阿
身體熱起來 就會不自覺越跑越快
感覺兩週後的我 應該會死的很難看吧!!
這場前面市區交通的管制 做的很不錯
有感覺就是市政府 真的有再支持這場馬拉松
再加上沿路近百隊的啦啦隊
值得推薦....
