許久沒有跑步~再不跑大雪山應該會GG吧~
剛好小R約跑外木山~就讓他帶我慢慢跑~
不用跑快沒關係~至少跑出自己的感覺~
雖然天氣陰陰的沒看到日出~但美麗的海景真的很不錯~唯一搞笑的是我們都忘了帶錢包~沒辦法去小七享用補給啊~哈哈~好吧~雖然里程數不多但至少有動到了~謝謝小R帶我初訪外木山~讚!
