繼上週田中馬後,今天來到的是戀戀桐花。這場原本是四月份的賽事,因為疫情關係延期。還好這場是順德哥的百馬團,所以設定為7小時內完賽。還好沒有時間的壓力,不然這場是非常硬陡的賽道。雖然沒有很快的完成他。但能夠完賽,我相信會有一定程度的收穫。😃總之這是場非常歡樂的一馬 賽後評分: 補給真的到位,就是賽道太硬((應該是練不夠 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~165 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 165~171 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 171~181 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 181~186 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為186 點此去設定最大心率 |
