到體育場時間還早,心想距離鹿野路跑的時間越來越近,平時練跑的距離多落在12~15K間,尚未跑到20K以上,要不今晚就跑個50圈,順便測一下新鞋吧!今天穿的鞋子雖然是4E寬楦,但因穿的是厚襪跑一段時間後左腳中趾趾頭會頂到鞋尖,小趾蹠骨也會感到不適...今天所穿的這雙最多跑友們所推薦 MIZUNO WAVE RIDER系列的慢跑鞋。由於之前都是穿路跑鞋,重量較輕且鞋底的落差不大,或許是心理因素,也可能是還不適應,跑起來的感覺沒平日那般的輕盈,腳落地的方式似乎也和往日不同..再試個幾次,若還是一樣的情況就把它當作休閒鞋和10K的訓練鞋囉!!
