最近忙加班,感到體能流失許多,加上氣溫高,雖近九成九跑在中二高橋下陰影處,可一~二級涼暖風交替下,還真是跑得受不了,跑到最後兩公里,雙大腿酸爆,走了兩百公尺,最後四百公尺,左大腿後背肌抽筋,停下調整再跑完,這氣候得慢慢適應,多跑幾次,就沒甚麼了。
