9/29 課題 " 動態熱身+12K輕快跑+10趟120m衝刺跑(七八成力)+伸展放鬆 " 今晚主場被NIKE給包了,因為Mo與Galen來台,所以只能在暖身場練習,今天的12K輕快跑在內道不時的再告散步的人,還是有沒帶耳朵出門的人,最終還是算順利將功課完成,後來散步的民眾越來越多,10趟的衝刺跑只好選擇在草皮上進行,暖身場就是有太多不安的因素,認真遵守公告有這麼難嗎?
