今早奮起湖100k,因之前團練左膝外側lbts未好,所以起跑時就知可能無法完賽,想說跑多少算多少,那知20幾k左膝就在痛了!35k後更痛只能用走的,至38k時連走都會痛最後決定棄賽,以免傷勢嚴重,心想馬場永遠都在,只要你準備好隨時可重返馬場!
