好像找到問題點了,下週進廠保養一下。
最近身體狀況有點不佳,跑到後半段,身體都會不舒服。
剛好趁賽事空檔好好調整,希望可以把身體問題點根治好。
賽前宣言: 花伯
賽後評分: 比賽起點太壅塞,各組一起跑,有點亂。
賽道交管有夠多,跑跑停停。
很多路口折返點沒志工指揮,亂成一團。
老品牌的賽事辦成這樣有點可惜。
唯一讚賞的是路線安排的用心,在園區跑步逛花博也是不錯的體驗。
