| 賽後評分: 群眾很熱情,運氣不錯,集合前就停止下雨了,氣溫在14度左右,12K後開始下坡,但是沒有像簡章那樣一路下到底 (參考garmin地勢圖)。還是起起伏伏,肌肉不斷轉換加上28K後開始逆風,然後就一路斷斷續續抽筋到40K,最後跑進金澤陸上運動場,小破PB 一分五十秒! 很好的賽事,交通方便,觀光景點又多,天氣也不錯,肌力練好一點很容易破PB。 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 130~158 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 158~178 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 178~184 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 184~195 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 195~200 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為200 點此去設定最大心率 |
