跑的好慘啊(掩面)
只跑好二小時,剩下四小時就超慘,
六小時賽,我把它當半馬在跑,
所以今天兩個目標都沒達到,
因一直想跑快一點,四小時賽隻全馬,
之後在慢慢走,結果一起跑就瘋了,
同時跑三小時後越跑越冷,四小時肚子超餓,
補給就只有水和不知名運動飲料+水果,
跑不動請我太太帶點東西,我要補充熱量,
所以達成一馬後,就跑跑走走完成這50k啦,
真是饑寒交迫的一場路跑(練的不夠)
