台北市活骨
五月報不上馬可跑, 又要履行每月一馬的約定, 就以線上馬代行。出發時遇上舒跑杯9k的跑群, 知道今天會比他們辛苦。首先以新光醫院為目標, 測得距離有10k, 花1.5小時。然後轉到淡水支流雙溪只進了2.5k便無路, 返回到淡水口, 到洲美快速道橋, 轉入社子島, 然後過圓山, 走大佳河濱道至彩虹橋, 回程因不夠公里數, 多繞了一圈國父紀念館。自助馬碰到7-11都會駐足享受冷飲, 把時間拖長, 其實後10k狀況不佳, 跑起來有要抽筋的感覺, 因此步兵時間占了兩個小時。
