第10馬 2017阿公店全國馬拉松賽
不知不覺也跑到10馬了,這場原本想好好跑的,但賽前幾天小感冒鼻水直流汗稍微感到不適,早上出門心裡就覺得保4有點懸了,到會場又發覺全馬半馬一起跑,路線一樣加上起跑又在很後面,光跑出拱門就花5分多鐘了,前10K幾乎一直閃人群跑,浪費不少體力,朋友到15K就跟不上我的速度了,一路跑到將近30K就覺得腳力不夠維持515這速度了,果然31K多小腿就抽筋了,速度開始降了下來,32K多又抽了一次整個就停下來用走的了,大約走100公尺多又開始跑,速度完全一直慢下來,中間連小上坡都用走的怕又抽筋,一路到了38K多又抽了一次又走100公尺再跑,一路上抽筋感一直在極限下一點點,速度如果太快就會小抽一下,就這樣一路慢慢地跑回終點,大會有提供免費飲料立馬喝了6杯,感覺又活過來啦~~休息一下就感覺腿好多了,果然抽筋降速不硬跑是對的. 賽前宣言: 第10馬 參加百馬團壯聲勢,吃buffet 賽後評分: 賽事的補給不錯,但補給點的安排有些不固定,交通和停車很方便,交管不錯但路線和半馬重疊還有有折返,個人比較不喜歡. 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 128~155 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 155~175 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 175~181 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 181~192 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 192~197 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為197 點此去設定最大心率 |
