早上一向都爬不起來,好不容易今日早起在湖濱跑幾圈,4k左右右邊膝蓋還是一樣發作...晚上下班決定就去附近復健診所探探醫生的口風,果然跟大家說的一樣,只會叫你休息,熱敷, 不要跑步....
又問腳跟痛應該是跟腱炎,要休息多久才會好? 答案是兩個月.....哇例勒...那我的馬不是跑光了..週六的二鐵我看是鐵死了.....
