今天只能用悲慘形容,自己背著水漬助跑古都馬,一開始被前面的人給擋住,花了點力氣追上330列車,結果跟到17K左右肚子開始絞痛,一發現路邊有個小公園就立刻跑去解決,拉完後力氣也耗盡了。後半段連水都喝完了,一滴汗都流不出來,只能死撐活撐跑完。看來上下坡果然是我的大罩門,花費太多力氣,這個賽季只剩最後一場全馬,就順順完賽就好,不想太多了!
