左膝痛一直未好,這場原本就打算能完賽就好,開賽就慢慢跑調整姿勢,以最舒服的狀態前進,6k後漸漸可以加速直到22k的羅娜村的大上坡才整個停下來用走的,之後就只能維持跑走狀態直到終點,4:40完賽比上週綠島馬進步,主要是天氣較涼還有加上熱情加油的村民讓我一直保持前進的動力,這場真的值得一跑再跑。今天完全沒有抽筋,不知道是壓縮褲的功效還是天氣較涼的關係,而且除左膝原本的痛外,其他地方完全沒事小腿一點也不酸。
賽前宣言: 去年有參加雖然當時說下次不來了,不過還是忍不住要來跟大家搶名額,是一場超讚的比賽。
