今早太陽高掛,河濱上不少跑友來來往往早已起跑,暖身完背上水袋加入行列。
原預計跑21km就好,邊跑時心裡一直想總要超越一下,硬是要擠出公里數,體驗超半馬的滋味,腿好酸啊~ ><。
ps:路上看見一位跑友手裡拿著袋子,一邊跑一邊撿地上的垃圾,真的敬佩啦!👍
