以後週二大概都是慢慢跑求消脂。有鑑於六日都沒跑所以這兩天補一下量,今天就跟小潔約跑長一點的。我半馬她18,而且今天挺溼熱的,10K就跑了一小時多,還感覺時間很漫長里程增加很慢。後來俊智也加入跑四圈,就在俊智的最後一圈,我覺得再不喝水就跑不下去了。第一次自主練跑出現這種感覺的,真弱!
