賽後評分: 賽前設定目標sub4,前15K心率150以下,前半馬均速5:15,全程心率160以下都有達標,而且今年溫度比去年稍低,路線也更加友善,雖然35K以後雙腿無力,後7K均速只有辦法6分半,最後三K甚至降到7分速,但還是小小進步200秒左右,又可以再說一次場地PB了
