鬧鐘訂四點,結果還是賴床到4:30才起床,這條路線上週下大雨時有跑過,今天沒下雨狀況更差,第一個湖水巷上坡就跑走上去,結果第二個員南路上坡更慘,很曝曬幾乎都用走的,有時候想想這條路線根本就是爬山路線,跑不太起來呀!!
今天路線小更動:湖水→139→臥龍→員南→藤山→139→出水,臥龍是階梯路線,跑在裡面還蠻好玩的,但是因為是下坡,階梯很窄很陡,所以跑更慢,要小心一點!!
