連續兩場比賽+一次LSD都是25K爆,這說明其實我的耐力就是只有這樣,破四離我還很遠。
瞭解自己實力到哪裡反而可以坦然接受結果,從30K左右就開始都用走的,最後被鉛昌哥追上就一起跑跑走走回終點。讓建豪在終點等我們一個小時有點不好意思。
回程跟建豪聊天順便吸收知識,不然可能會開車開到睡著。
