效率 = 划手數 + 時間(秒) 今天第一次用MW錶(游泳)記里程,我只能說是(快樂錶)…哈!其實有運動到就好了,何必在乎(一點點)差距呢…好一陣子沒游泳了,快要變成旱鴨子,用(蛙式)游泳、一直被超車....實在是令人鼻酸,因為(自由式)練的不到位,所以只能游一點點距離,看來有些運動是不能勉強的....(之前還想說要報名鐵人三項)好險沒有繳錢...有自知之明.....
感覺(游泳)好累....一游完,全身無力+肚子超餓....真是被(鯊魚獎牌)給整到了....看來還要一陣子才能拿到.......可憐丫!
