第二場百公里,跑到後面,是極限,也不想跑,所以,遇到上坡道就走,下坡才跑,2020鎮西堡跑了12:16,這場已經12小時內了,不想跑在11小時內,下次進步空間就變小了,沒想到,回終點還要等1個小時多,轉換袋才送回會場,可見得我的決定跑慢點是對的😂😂😂
