| 今天參加2022台北馬拉松,天氣有點冷(約9度)起跑後感覺不差,約10幾K連續三次上廁所,尿道感到不適,儘量降速調整,撐到最後12K漸漸轉好點,開始追趕,但為時晚矣!
四次台北馬,330總覺得很難突破障礙,希望明年能再來挑戰!
