早上了蛋糕、咖啡和一杯蛋白,開始熱身的時候,就跟到台北馬的列車,我就慢慢跟,速度大約520剛好是我熱身的速度,後來就一路跑下去最快到五分速,後來都是515左右,我7km補水,10km補一條羊羹,愈跑天氣愈熱,到21km已經是1:53,速度很快,我以為可以跑到30km,結果沒有到26km我已經覺的好累,就打算收工了,而且好餓,20km應該補一條羊羹,那時候不餓沒吃,真的有差@@
