環島跑步自主訓練第494天之2,全國運動會全馬實際跑步情況!
跑了一個滿意的前半馬,後面莫名奇怪的自爆,下背部和上背部跑到痛起來,最後因為氣候的轉變,肌肉適能不好,從20公里處就開始抽筋,硬跑走了22公里回終點,結果是男生最後一名,也跑出最糟糕的全馬成績,丟盡嘉義縣代表的臉,也跑掉了自己跑步的自信心!
我想我真的只能當教練吧→→→→專門叫人家練。
