今天陪老婆回南部家剛好阿源也回員林就跟他開團一起讓他跟一位高手朋友3人團練心裡面就有一個底了今天一定不輕鬆所有剛脆穿上鞋子跟他們拚了本來說30公里後面一直在推坑說要加碼到鳳山寺後面一路緩上坡就被阿源拉爆了我真的太弱了繼續加油!
