香港Allan Chan 早上04:15時打的去中港轉運站乘坐接駁車途中,和視障運動員棠哥傾談瞭解他今天的身體狀況及討論今天全馬的作戰策略,他說目梂五小時內完成,想以6'/K速度來跑。頭廿K天陰,大家都跑得很舒服,也能保持在6'10"/K左右速度,我一邊跑一邊描述所看見的景色給他,綠油油的稻田菜田,叫他多呼吸清新的空氣,沿途輕輕鬆鬆的跑,廿K後太陽一出來便毫不留情曬,跑到30K後,看見跑伴好像已沒甚麼氣力似的,急謀辦法,每到一個水站便給他休息,用冰水淋手臂及頭來降溫,果然有效,幸好每2.5K便有一個水站,水站的冰、運動飲料及水,生果、鹽、食物等等供應充足,給我們不少的活力,結果,輕輕鬆鬆唔洗五個鐘,以4:59:25無驚無險又到終點! 哈哈哈! 目標準確地達到了! 還以為他們有分視障組,所以衝線都依國際殘奧規則,讓視障運動員先衝線,所以我以4:59:26,遲一秒過終點。
大會的接駁車搞得非常差,只得四班車回中港轉運站,11:30、12:30、14:30及15:30,我們12點回到終點後,匆匆還晶片、拿回証書、寄存包等東西便急急開始第二個馬拉松......帶著大腿已正在抽筋的棠哥跑、跑、跑,去趕那停在兩K以外的接駁車,幸好遇見阿茂哥及Anthony,於是請他們跑快一點去留住那接駁車,棠哥就咬著牙跟死頂,跑、跑、跑! 終於完成了第二個馬拉松....登上了接駁車,鬆了一口氣!
