昨天太混!今天就要跑回來還!……一樣有一個干擾因子~沒錯,那就是我!換上一個較輕薄的口罩與一雙二年前的鞋子(太座指定的休閒鞋)!努力穩定速度不要忽快忽慢。第10K吞了二口果膠後,發現有一點“殘膠”卡在喉嚨!只好停在路邊,先用力咳出來!接著第15K補完水之後,竟然發現口罩綁帶竟然鬆脫!!只好一邊跑、一邊綁。第19K爬完一個短坡,心率已經瀕臨失控邊緣!第21K跑完,只有三個字“XX涼”!
PS.有鑑於近幾年跑鞋材料上的發展越來越環保(簡單來說,放著不跑,還是會壞)。與其放著給它壞,倒不如用我的“大力金剛腳”把它踩爛,還比較有價值!
