辛苦了渣打馬最後壓力測試. (早上慢跑 13 KM 喚醒跑感有效, 也不影響下午主課表)
0-11 K 跟上禮哥(以跑了10K )的 430 列車打屁聊天,頻頻超速.
停表喝水吃一根香蕉.
11-13 K 自行跑. 415 還很順, 不小心跑 4分速很快爆了
13-21 K 越跑越慢. 真的不能超速易爆 (15&18K 喝口水)
心得:
1.下周渣打馬,穩扎穩打. 430 與禮哥一起跑
2. 4% 落底了.該退役. 以 NEXT %為主要戰鞋
